Behind The Mask: a TEDxUCSD event
CHALLENGE
Build a marketing campaign to advertise TEDxUCSD's event, Behind The Mask.
SOLUTION
Use multiple on-campus resources, and social media to increase awareness of the event. Ensure that reach is not just limited across UCSD campus, but also to nearby areas in San Diego.
How I helped

Led and regulated marketing campaign.

I worked collaboratively with TEDxUCSD's design team, to develop the aesthetics of the advertisement and the External Team for the logistics of the campaign. In order to effectively conduct the social media advertisements, I drew up multiple plans, content ads and created timed posts.
OUTCOME
Event Sold Out
The advertisement campaign generated a full-house at the event, to the extent that we had to turn people away (since the venue did not have the capacity for that many people).
